We see it as a valuable opportunity for people in our country and this part of the world to experience, learn and get an understanding of what is the Art of hosting and harvesting conversations that matter and how can it be applied in our own contexts.

We feel the need in these uncertain challenging times and the responsibility to offer a response for this complexity in our world. We want to share our learning, experiences and stories with others who are ready to step in and aspire to practice a more participatory kind of leadership in our work, organizations, communities and also in our own lives.
