Practitioners who would like to join a growing, global learning community.

In May 2008, 35 leaders, primarily from the Florida area, gathered near Tampa to learn the art of hosting meaningful conversations applied to change leadership. Leaders in education, public service, youth organizations, corporations, community non-profits, and spiritual communities. Friendships were made. Skills were learned. Practices of collaboration and cooperation were born. Projects were begun.
This November, another group of leaders will gather. Together we will further build capacity in ourselves and in community to do the work that matters most to us. Please join us.
