It seems there is change and challenge on every side, while at the same time, the old ways of working are no longer so effective. Innovation is needed from within, but how do you do that when resources are scarce and time is of the essence?
Are you asking yourself:
✦ Why is it that we meet and nothing happens? How can I host meetings, gatherings and conversations that rea!ly make a difference?
✦ It seems like everyone is running for cover – how can I create authentic involvement in my organisation, group or association that leads to wise and sustainable action? How can I create full ownership of the learning and action with people I work with?
✦ People are fed up with ‘another frustrating meeting’ – where can I find ideas for vibrant and creative ways tap into the co!ective intel!igence in my organisation and networks?
✦ Where are the new leaders coming from – how can we develop confidence in working with the chaos and fear we experience in groups? How can we grow our skil!s from where we are?
