How Do We Foster Collective Wisdom and Collaborative Action During Times of Uncertainty?
This three day training will explore how to apply the practices of inviting, designing and hosting the conversations that matter in this challenging economic and social environment.
Using practices such as Open Space Technology, World Cafe,
Circle, and Appreciative Inquiry, this training will provide
an opportunity to learn how to:
• Design and lead conversations and meetings that result in clearer thinking, intelligent solutions and group coherence.
• Host powerful conversations as a core leadership practice and skill set to lead change, generate fresh thinking, restore trust and creating shared commitment to wiser action.
• Apply these tools in your work and communities, developing your skills and practices well beyond this workshop.
