Training in participatory leadership through hosting and harvesting conversations that matter.
-
Why and how could the practice of participatory leadership make a difference in my work, community and life?
We see it as a valuable opportunity for people in our country and this part of the world to experience, learn and get an understanding of what is the Art of hosting and harvesting conversations that matter and how can it be applied in our own contexts.
A r e y o u a s k i n g y o u r s e l f :
* How can I create authentic involvement that leads to wise and sustainable implementation?
* Where can I find practices for innovative and creative ways to engage others?
* How can we create full ownership of the learning and action with people we work with?
* How can I tap into the collective intelligence in my organization and networks?
* How can I develop confidence in working with the chaos and fear I experience in groups?
You can download the invitation here and the registration form here.
More information about the approach and practices here and the journal from the awareness day 5. November 2009 here.
We feel the need in these uncertain challenging times and the responsibility to offer a response for this complexity in our world. We want to share our learning, experiences and stories with others who are ready to step in and aspire to practice a more participatory kind of leadership in our work, organizations, communities and also in our own lives.
The hosting team for the tranining includes Toke Paludan Moeller, CEO InterChange, Denmark, Jan Hein Nielsen, CEO Allergica, Denmark as well as the local team Miljenka Plazonic Bogdan, Ana Milin G2R and Jasmina Lukacevic, HrPro .
