To me real leadership is about practizing awarenes
to such a degree that you sense what is needed to the
best of all, and feel responsible to shed light and act upon
it... And your action might just be to open and hold space
for people to find out for them selves what action they need
to take... or it might be to cut through!
This means that each one of us have the possibility and the
responsibility to take on leadership if called for.
If we meet eachother with an open mind, in the belief
that we all want to contribute to the best possible
solutions if we get a chance to do it, I think
there is no end to the quality of our decisions.

I am an actor who has transformed my skills and
experiences from theatre work into working with
leadership, cooperation and communication. Courage to
stand up and speak, and being professional in a personal
way, is the main subject for my teaching and training. In
organizations I host creative large-group interaction,
teambuilding and the development of new ways in leadership.
I enjoy creating space for playful gatherings where good
stories and deep dialog allow metaphors for the everyday
life of the participants to emerge.
The personal leadership, the ability to take
leadership on one side and to let go on
the other side, that is my
passion.

I have spent many years learning, organising, designing
and hosting inspire d spaces where the collective
intelligence and wisdom can grow through dialogue,
strategic change processes, learning conferences, circle
councils and networked organisations – each in support of
life-affirming leadership, interactive learning, organisational and
social transformation and self-organisation leading to wiser
action.
I feel inspired to bring this body of experience to
others and to create a space in which we can all
find and take our next steps to create the

I see my mission as to nurture the process of change and
development of the way we as people chose to lead
ourselves and others, and the structures we organize in.
My work is based on involving people in conscious
participatory processes, in which dialogue of meaningfulness
and creativity is set free, in order to make fields for realtime
learning and innovative action.

I am fascinated by the power of the collective
intelligence and creativity – and its ability to bring about
sustainable development and transformation for individuals
as well as organizations. Hosting meaningful conversations
where the collective intelligence can come into play is our
“art”.
My particular focus in this work is process design and
facilitation including "Learning Ecology". Learning Ecology
means capturing the wisdom of the group and feeding
it back into the “system”. Part of this is the art of
harvesting the results of our conversations –
so that we have a collective memory
and can make collective
meaning.
